What a class looks like

A typical adult class is roughly an hour. Expect a warm-up, technical instruction, drilling with a partner, and controlled situational practice. The pace is yours — push hard if you have the energy, dial it back when you need to. Our instructors will help you find the level that's productive without burning you out.
